Don't want to rain on your parade but Morgan Stanley was the lead on this deal...Which means two things
1. Company felt that they could do the best job..Analyst they felt had the best grasp of the company.
2. They now the compant inside and out
Morgan Stanley had more to win by setting a higher price target they want the business of the secondary and the
continued relationship with the firm..
The current price is a reflection of over optismism...and the momentum players and pack mentality of the
market...Remember NSCP/IOM..Any valuation on this company is currently pie in the sky...If any one was going to
ask no I'm not short...
