What I'm thinking here is that the mining and leaching costs are going to be higher than Claude (I love him) and others think. Then there's all the screw ups in that country that no one can quantify. It seems that it always costs all lot more than any one budgets for.

Don't forget we are all gringos there and our main job is to give [money] in there view.

I know people in the business who have worked in Mexico and report that nothing else works except them. So, if this becomes a mine and they can get a few profitable quarters behind them I'll buy the stock because if this makes money it will be an important story. This assumes that they get the money or the bullion out of the country.

Just go back and check the history and news releases for Avino Mines. This was a lesson to me. Things may look great but there's probably no money for the shareholders at the end of the day.

If BAY achieves production the minority should sell and re-deploy. And, Claude, this is not a negative comment to you but I think you should find some North American companies to buy.
