From a linear perspective they look bullish, but take a look at the WEDGES forming on both the SPX and OEX. They are inclining wedges which bearish not bullish.

The pennants you see are probably bullish since they follow the trend which for the short-term is up.

I have 1-2 more days of upside, and as soon as today for a short-term top. I dont know how strong this forthcoming pullback will be. Could just another one like I had previously where the market went flat.
