Comments about Nike golf balls are based on observations and conversations in a Nike store in March, and Nike sometimes changes factory-suppliers, so today's facts could be different. Nike "has" 5 balls, the lowest level is made in China and the other 4 are made by Bridgestone either in Japan or in Georgia. Most people think that these 4 models are the same as Bridgestone's Precept line. Tiger has made some comments that the Tour Accuracy that he plays is made especially for him, meaning he gave input that defines the arc which he says is "flatter" [he hits it high and would sacrifice height for added distance]. I watched the back nine again, and the stifled language was on the tee shot at 15. I don't think he "dumps" putts either, but does he coast sometimes, playing the safe shot when he is not in the fairway? Does he take a chance when he can afford it, like pitching sideways on #3 in round 3, rather than taking an unplayable? Do the Lakers play more intensely in the last 6 minutes of a game 6? Does the game start (usually) on the back nine of round 4? Yes, yes, yes, yes. About the putt on 18, he did a short stomp of his left foot when he missed it, so he was trying to make it, but he did not circle the green as intently as he did at 12 where the putt had a first half that breaks and a second half that doesn't (that nobody else had read correctly). It probably was that he practiced over the years more at 18 and "knew" the break so he didn't look at it from the other side. He just hit it through the break, as Johnny Miller said. For the British Open, the betting should be will Tiger lead (no ties) after all 4 rounds.
