Rumour has it that the Pres of OEL returned from a trip down to Louisiana and things are looking very good.Looks like we may have some news soon.Maybe they closed off the deal on a property they signed a letter of intent on as mentioned on CSW a while back. EDIT:Just got a call and was told that things are coming together nicely and July should be hot and not only the weather.Must call the company and ask some pointed questions... Keep in mind that anything under a buck is an excellent buy as financing was done at the one dollar level. The Osprey
