Wayne,

HRZG just took 47 seconds to fill an order on Selectnet for a hundred shares. Is there anything I can do about this?

Not likely. I'm not totally clear on SOES/SelecNet double jeopardy issue, but it might be that every time the MM fills SOES he gets to start his clock again for filling your order. Even if that is not the case, and the MM is obligated to fill your order, there is undoubtedly a time period he has to report the transaction, probably the 90 seconds he has to enter a print.

Clarification or correction from an expert is welcome.

Dan
