I'm not long everything, just posted the buy triggers. I had about 10 'major' buy triggers go off today that interested me but I could only get 4 for myself. When the plays ebbed is when the position could and should be closed. We are traders first and foremost and interested in a 2 point or 5% profit in our postions. Anything beyond that is subective and contingent of your own risk tolerance. We do call 'holdovers' that look good at the end of the session and that is where the swing trades come to play but it is not yet the end of the session and already some good plays could be closed and profits realized. There could be a whole new set of stocks to enter after the mid-day doldrums as long as there are no trailing stops triggered your 'old' positions can stay activated. I got stopped out of ELNT while it was barely positive so I took a short. TLGD and ELNT are very 'frequent flyers' in either direction.

At this juncture, without our real time trading forum, we are doing quite a lot anything beyond this will be in the trading forum.

Our general tenet is that "We are Long... (i.e. market gems long positions for the day that have broken out).. Whether I'm long personally is only relevant insofar as it helps and I track the stock. In the forum every 'buy trigger' will be followed to closure by a number of moderators, not just myself. I won't NOT call a trigger because I don't enter the stock personally, that is a waste of a perfectly good trigger.
