Kevin, the point is that Herb has been shown to be less than honest with regard to CYBR in the past. His convenient editing of the "Martin Letter" allowed him to twist it for his own uses, whereas other more 'balanced' reporters used the entire letter, which showed journalistic integrity.

The FDA 'leak' was at the FDA, not at CYBR IMHO. It was posted as such when it happened, but Herb points to the company. Floyd makes a big deal about the company informing an investor about the imminence of a filing as a 'leak' - but a 'leak' would have been information that wasn't supposed to be 'leaked' - such as the contents of the 10k filing.

Herb and Floyd are grasping at straws when it comes to this. By no means is the an indictment of the company.

And that bit that Herb posted (and Floyd re-posted) about the home-system not getting approval... shown to not only be completely incorrect (as the 400 system is a home system), but also it illustrated that the both Herb and Floyd are so eager to dish dirt that they don't even investigate the truth before pushing their agenda around. Quite embarrassing for them.

For the record - the FDA PR that CYBR published did not include the 500 system, which is the all-in-one version of the 400 system. To my knowledge it is essentially the very same as the 400 system, only more compact and portable. There seems to be no reason to think that it would not get approval, since it works the same as the 400 system - the only difference between the two being that the monitor is built-in on the 500 and stand-alone on the 400.

Yes - companies large and small make mistakes - but when it comes to trusting Herb, he has proven to be less-than-honest and seems to be publishing with an agenda - his or someone else's - and his inability to offer a balanced report with integrity has tagged him as a potential dirty reporter in my eyes. The guy needs to take some lessons in ethical and balanced reporting, otherwise he's just writing fiction IMHO.
