Yup, so what are they hiding during the week of heavy trading?

Do you really think that the MM`s decided this was good time to short sell tens of millions of shares of NRPI?

" Recent issuance of stock was from the acquisition of Encore Services
Inc. It is not the company plan to issue additional stock for future acquisitions at this time.
