I am not saying that this merger is a guarantee of world domination...but it was done for reasons stipulated in the publicly available press release - How much do you know about APNT? Probably zero...Do you know about the synergies between the two? Do you know how much scarce high-tech talent CMRC will acquire from the deal? Is APNT profitable? Have you checked? Is a profitable business a dumb business? Once again listen to the analyst call, you might learn something...There is a reason why fund managers control billions of the public's dollars and you don't Have fun arbitraging the stock - I hope for your sake the deal doesn't prove to be a huge win for the company...
