Ed, here's the basis of my cost increase estimate: R&D expense +4M MG&A expense +7M Int & Other Income (NOT the "Other" revenue category, but the one that included the sale of Irish property) -7M (equivalent to an expense increase of +7M) Interest expense +5M (from JC's cc summary, this one doesn't make much sense, but maybe they have big cash drain from equipment purchases this quarter) Depreciation +12M (increase figured to reach 600M by end of '00) Increased fabrication costs +10M (more wafers in Dresden) Petz
