Well..., It's certainly possible the E-mini is a racket, created to fleece the small futures traders.
Much like Options..!

SPX held above the 50% by 3 points.

ND0u looks weak for a 5 day wiggle and the overnight market just opened lower by 26 points.

Something going on..?

Hi GZ:

I was amused about your comment on what you are following--the Nasdaq and the INDU. I too think the SPX is caught in between the two.

In my opinion, a close below 9975 on the INDU confirms a bear market in the INDU and Nasdaq.

Clarification:

Many consider the Nasdaq to be in a bear market because of its decline. I do not look at it that way. I am looking at patterns and length of time in the pattern.
