a need to paint the garage is a reason often cited by Fleck.

no tech stock insider buys since 1 1/2 years now...but selling has increased to an all time record in 2000. actually insider selling in tech has been so intense as to completely overwhelm record fund inflows.

Most 'insiders' services I've seen weight buying much more than selling, that is not to say that they don't watch selling. IMO there is selling and there is SELLING.
