Dear QS: I no longer own ORCL so I didnt pay close attention but I thought they reported 31 cents compared to 25 cents estimate and 18 cents last year. If so thats good so far as I am concerned. JDN

The good news is the buys still outnumber the sells, at least on the Island book. The bad news is that every time I think something is good news, it isn't really. Don't forget "buy on the rumor, sell on the news." And the Nasdaq did close above 4,000 on relatively strong volume. This is why i don't trade short-term. I Don't have any idea what's going to happen tomorrow. Do you? (Of course the odds are i'll make money tomorrow... That's the difference between the market and Vegas.) Steve
