I believe in contracts. They ought to be observed and, if need be, enforced. Tough call when someone makes a legitimate move to a competitor -- can't expect that person to turn his brain off. Wrong to pass on a trade secret but the guy can reverse engineer the thing and probably come up with a new and improved version (in about half a second). Kind of OK by me. I am getting ready to go out for awhile but you might want to consider "conflict of interest", in a personal situation, as being an oxymoron. Later - Mike
