I swear I thought the buyout that CMRC did was good for the stock. But just like always looks like I find out the hard way I don't know what in the hell I am doing.

Oftentimes you correctly gauge the effect of the news on the company, but the stock emotionally reacts the other way at first, only to see it your way in the end. If it drifts any lower it will be an excellent opportunity to double or triple down, IMHO.

Remember, in the end, every dawg has his day.

Dawg,
the way the deal is with APNT and CMRC, today's close is pretty close to where it should be.

Each shareholder of APNT will receive .80 shares of CMRC for each share they hold of APNT.

Today's close

APNT 33.3125
CMCR 43

43 X .80% = 34.4
