But render unto Caesar what is Caesar's, and unto God what is God's.......Almost all religious traditionalists, including Orthodox Jews and Muslims, vote Republican. In Presidential elections, about three quarters of Orthodox Jews vote Republican. Among those few Hasidim who vote, the figure is nearly 100%. Among Conservative Jews, it is about a 50-50 split. Reform Jews are as inclined to vote Democratic as the Orthodox to vote Republican, and secular Jews are almost 100% Democratic. The reason the Jewish vote skews heavily Democratic is that more Jews are Reform or secular than Orthodox. From this I infer that anyone who is opposed to most abortions and concerned with the erosion of personal responsibility and family values would vote Republican. I would guess, therefore, that if he cared to vote, he would too. I don't see much choice between the Greens and Reds......
