Mag,

You better remember or you won't be able to do it again, lol.

I hit a wall a few weeks back where I thought practice was getting me no where. Now I realize again that it just takes time for it to sink into me. You said you like to picture the shot with a positive image in mind, well what did you picture when you shot this round? Was it something different? That guy I was talking about who plays the forged irons from the 70's. Well he likes to say by the time you have played five years you have hit every shot and hit it perfect. Its just remembering how you did it and you can do it again.

You have to figure out what it was that got you hitting them good. Its tough and I have a very difficult time doing it, but it can be done.

For me the short one are rarely the problem, its hitting the long ones straight and the short-short chips. I have a lot of respect for those guys in the open that chip those little floaters that dribble down to the pin.

I guess I have to start some positive thoughts with those too.

Have a good one and waiting to hear when 72 falls.

TH
