Capt. Kirk, You make a good point regarding CFMT. Didn't I used to read you regularly on the CS thread when the stock was under 10 bucks. I left too much money on the table on that one. I settled for a double when there was a five bagger. Hope you did better than I did. Good luck. Phil

Capt. Kirk;

Yes, I did, today. That block of 5700 the MM crossed at 10:57 for 9 7/8 was filling the remainder of my order. Was busy making $ in MTSN, then ASYT for a day, before that :')

re. CFMT, it doesn't look like a very appealing company. They are losing tons of money, and that's during a huge upturn in the industry.

Here's a recent headline from a research report from Multitex (which I didn't buy):

Reports Available for Purchase from Brokers

5/21/00 CFMT: Outlook Deteriorating; Viability as Stand-Alone Entity in Doubt
CIBC World Markets - 8 pages

If MTSN buys this company, I don't see how it would be good for MTSN's stock. Acquisitions usually hurt the stock of the acquiring company, and in addition, this one looks like it will be badly dilutive rather than accretive to earnings and cashflow.

There must be something positive that I'm overlooking ... what is it?
