Yes Doug, and if it gets too high too buy or rent a house here in the USA, the government just assumes you can find a cheap place in Guatemala. (I lived there three years and for most of it paid only $100 a month rent.)

Obviously the core CPI rate must be comprised of milk and tuna, both of which are selling wholesale at 20 year lows. --Al
