I agree and that was not a typo. The matter of what part and how much of the "right to bear arms" has not been decided by the courts. There is always a matter of interpretation, and first principals, and the justices looking at case specifics. Cases involving gun control will eventually be decided, and when they do the justices are going to ask why this is included in the bill of rights. If the best argument the NRA can come up with is "Because we want to" then the preamble about well organized militia will probably overrule. That's really what I've been saying, if the NRA maintains a secret agenda and does not address the issues then the scope of the "right" will be defined very narrowly.
