Although many holders of new third-generation (3G) spectrum licenses plan to build all-new digital networks from the ground up, existing network operators need solutions that combine wireline and wireless traffic, both circuit and packet, across a common backbone." dave- Doesn't this sound amazingly similar to what turned the twisted copper pair, circuit switched, entrenced voice world UPSIDE down? I doubt that we have seen nothing yet. Just wait till those 30 seconds mobile wireless voice calls turn into the 2 or 3 hours data connections- All while riding on a train, bus, car, etc. handing off from tower to tower! If you come up with any ideas on how to play it, please let us know. As of yet, I can't find any clear, undiscovered standout yet. And, as of today, mobile wireless data is still VERY confusing to me. If anyone can throw up any investing ideas, anything at all, please do. -MikeM(From Florida)
