Nobody ever responded to this post, but after reading this I became convinced that J.R. Palmer was full of it. BTW - please don't ever be sorry to tell me I am wrong. I like to be corrected, otherwise, I remain in error. I am wrong a lot, but the only way to avoid error is to never do anything.
