More? You didn't say it, but i'm sure you want more. Not a problem. #127I am expecting GREAT NEWS tomorrow for ZSUN and a SHORT SQUEEZE!! (before Randy "Kreskin" Berg ever got his act together Francois was able to on occasion divine future events. He was never able to predict earthquakes, fires or other natural disasters but his ability to foresee PR's was top shelf until Randy Berg raised the bar) Shorts have taken an interest in ZSUN and it's not a big problem as long as they don't attempt to manipulate the stock and defraud shareholders by posting lies, innuendoes and misrepresentations. Every post that has a libelous flavor (is that anything like honey roasted?) is immediately forwarded to my attorney for evaluation, with copy to John Stark at enforcement@sec.gov. Since Sellfirst is dumb enough not to have heeded the fair warning he was given, I guess he'll have to suffer the consequences. His last post and the previous one have already been forwarded to the lawyer and to SEC. In a defamation suit, if he is unable to prove his statement to the effect that ZSUN is really a scam, then he is in really big trouble. If he had any brains, he would be already getting advice from his attorney. Anyone who feel they have lost money, as a result of his actions: manipulating ZSUN stock by issuing false statements, may be able to join the suit for damages. (more hot air from Francois "windbag" Goelo. Gee what ever happened to this suit.) In short, he stands the chance to be ruined, because I know for a fact that it is impossible to prove that ZSUN is a scam. On the contrary, it is a real company, with honest and dedicated management and the necessary funds to carry out its innovative plans. To all long in ZSUN, I encourage you to come and post your thoughts on the company and counterbalance the negative posts from the shorts. I also invite you to ensure that YOUR SHARES ARE KEPT IN A CASH ACCOUNT INSTEAD OF A MARGIN ACCOUNT, so the shorts won't be able to borrow them. The other way, is to call your certificates for part or all of your stocks, so you can be sure that no one will borrow them. #150 The complaint about SellFirst was sent to SEC. Here is my philosophy on the subject... In fact three complaints were sent: the original one and two updates. Everything has been copied to SI administrator and ZSUN for reference to their attorney, should they think it is appropriate. In fact, SEC encourages this type of report, as it saves them time in their regular monitoring of illegal activities on various boards. You should also know I don't bluff. (Oh Margaret, Bwahahaaaaaaa.) When I think I have found a good stock (a great one in this case), I will defend it strenuously. I guess I have nothing better to do in life (Than tout penny stocks on internet message boards) , since I retired early and I am reasonably wealthy. (but not wealthy enough to not have to tout penny stocks 24/7/365) Besides, I have a crusader mentality and have this inborn propensity to defend the oppressed against the bullies and the good companies against the actions of the stock manipulators and the publishers of lies, misrepresentations and innuendoes. It works both ways: if I identify a company of dubious quality shamelessly hyped by professional touters who operate under various aliases and don't disclose their relationship and reward, then I make every effort to warn would be investors of the true situation. Many regulars on SI know that the above statement is a fact. My plan is simple: I have identified a lawyer who operates in the building where SI is headquartered, so I can obtain the rapid service of subpoenas to find out the real identity of posters publishing illegal material. I have another lawyer friend who is willing to take on certain cases on a contingency basis (he is paid a percentage of judgements for damages) when it comes to blatant lies, libel and defamation spread on certain threads for the purpose of damaging the reputation of a company and financially benefiting when shorting its stock. I am also compiling a data base that includes the various aliases and posts believed to be illegal from various posters on SI, who often happen to be shortsellers. We'll see how it all pans out, since it is a recent endeavor for me and there is no guarantee of success. I also never short stocks: I just make my money the hard way by finding undervalued companies with great potential: ZSUN, XNET, WCAP, etc... Happy legal investing!I'll try to continue, but really my sides are hurting me something fierce. They do that when they split open from laughter. CMB
