your response it right on. there is a perception problem about ctxs, and this is the most dangerous position to be in. this management team has got to go public with some good answers about product and earnings instead of "phone calls were not returned." in a recent article, a msft executive said they were not going to sit on their hands for "2 years" until their appeal process was exhausted. it might not be exactly "2 years," but i have this gut reaction that "2 years" is the outside time of how long it will take ctxs to regain full momentum unless the earnings pick up soon.

Takeover or Merger? Seems this would be the best medicine by far for CTXS. By luck, I bailed at $61, but I've been in and out for the past year. Any idea who would want CTXS, or who could bring better management, given your notion that our friend just can't keep up with its own growth spurts?
