This is one that I will watch from the sidelines... DVIN has had to try to re-invent itself recently....incubators also seem to continue to be out of favor. At the moment I prefer the infrastructure firms (like SEBL) that have proven business models and are already profitable. It would be nice for Chicago if DVIN performs better than many expect. Yet, in the MidWest there are many other successful Venture firms and early stage technology firms outside of the Divine umbrella. The next week will be interesting.
