Great info JKC,

LPTHA has been ramping up manufacturing capacity because they have more orders then they can currently handle. Don't forget that their optical switches are being produced in conjunction with ETEK who is providing the sub-systems for the switches. This relationship has only been strengthened with ETEK's merger with JDSU. The merger will not only allow JDSU to participate in the manufacturing process of LPTHA's switches, but will also help in sales and distribution as they will be the largest F/O component company in the world.

JKC, Thanks for the work you do in collecting info on LPTHA. Everyone appreciates the time you took to visit the ribbon cutting ceremony, ask questions and post your views.

I believe that many here would like to measure your views against your credibility. I know you have been around here for a long time doing much the same as you do now. But for the sake of disclosure, I respectfully ask for a refresher on your relationship with us and the company. Please don't be offended. Because your answer is a public statement, it will either validate your claims, or void them. I fully expect it to validate them.

Questions:

1. Are you in any way related to the company or its employees? Contractually? Through PR Firm? Any other way?

2. Do you work for a brokerage house or any other equity firm? If so, which?

3. Are you a private investor / trader?

4. Do you work in Public Relations or Investor Relations?

5. Do you currently hold shares in LPTHA long, short or both?

I very much appreciate your cooperation. Many people read these posts and yours is an important one, as it is a first hand account of what is going on in New Jersey. I hope you accept this inquiry in the spirit in which it is presented.

Best wishes,

Rande Is
