Though no reason has been given by either company, the conclusion of the deal has been postponed until July 17. John Blaine, Corel's chief financial officer, refused to comment on the deal.
However, in the quarterly statement, the company said if the Canaccord deal or "other sources of financing are not secured ... the company's ability to continue would be in substantial doubt."


Looks like Cowpie can't smoke and mirror himself out of this one or else he's going to get another US class action. You got to love the US to keep this guy in line. I bet if he was only listed on the TSE the smoke and mirror act would be in full force.
