They called and didn't know what their first deal was going to be, but it will be the Corio offering led by Goldman Sachs.

My main question was how will the shares be split between Schwab, Waterhouse and Ameritrade. They said Schwab will receive at least 50% of the shares allocated to Epoch due to their account base.
