A lot of companies have used the model to grow, I think one of the concerns is growth thats the only strategy. Fact or fiction? Time will tell. Being employed in the IT sector for the past 30+ years I can tell you a lot of IT companies have experienced slow growth as a result of and after Y2K. The hope continues to be that major IT projects get pulled from the back burner to the front burner. Most would suggest CGI isnt a deadbeat company but look at the shares down for $32 to $15. Things aint great at SHL and DMR as well, need I say more.
