eXcelon D: "We are looking for employees who will never give up" <<Is the management saying: "The stock price will remain stagnant, you could make a killing somewhere but come work for us and don't give up, just keep working with stock options that are worth nothing"?>> Germany doesn't have a US style option "culture" for employees (yet) so I don't believe that an interpretation in that direction is significant but I admit that the slogan is ambiguous. Personally I'd rather join a company like EXLN with an appealing risk/reward outlook than one of the hyperhypes in the sector.
