The charge is new, thus the emphasis.

The charge is old news. Most of the analysts projected $200 million eventual cost when Intel announced the recall.

On the other hand, when Intel filed it's intent to sell the Micron shares, it was not required to sell in part or in whole. And I didn't see any press coverage that suggested a $Billion+ cap gain in this quarter.

Are you saying that the general public was more aware of the cap gain from the Micron sale than they were of the potential recall charge?
