Hi Andrew, thanks for the information. I see the institutions are not buying this morning. So, the momentum players are selling and the stock is down a few bucks. The selling seems limited to the "retail" trade...small quantity trades.

I believe that pwer needs a few days to "rest" and build a base before the need leg of this advance begins.

Andrew & All, here's additional information on the sale of Pwer's stock today.

Stephens Group Reports Selling 690,080 Power-One Shares

Dow Jones Online News, Tuesday, June 20, 2000 at 09:59

WASHINGTON -(Dow Jones)- A group including the Stephens Group Inc. reported
the sale of 690,080 shares of Power-One Inc. (PWER), reducing the stake of the
main voting trust to 6,907,870 shares, or an 18.9% stake.

In its previous filing June 11, 1998, the group reported a stake of 43.5% in the
company.

In addition to the 18.9% reported by the group's main voting trust, the amended
filing, filed late Monday, listed group members whose sole voting ownership totaled
142,168 shares not included in the voting trust.

Also, several group members reported shared voting stakes in the company not
included in the trust. The largest such holder reported 199,812 shares.

Power-One manufactures power supplies.

I should note that this was a planned sale. Stephen still owns 18+% of Pwer's stock.
