Wayne, I did not expect the bubble to continue as long as it has and at times I don't even want to guess how much longer it may go. It does appear that the Fed and Wall St will do almost anything to prolong it. One hope for the bears is that the next administration will realize that the bubble needs to be pierced early on so that they can attempt to restore the economy by 2004. Someday the trade and current account deficit will be an issue for the US dollar and hopefully gold can resume its traditional role to protect ones wealth from the falling US dollar . Until then short gold and go long Micron - VBG- Mike
