Don't have all the answers to your questions.

One response to your comment concerning weaker Q4 results than Q3 is historically TOM had weaker results in the last quarter due to slowdown/shutdown of business for almost one month for the Chinese New Year which always fall in the last fiscal quarter.

What's this with the director's gifting themselves 10% of any future profits that 8003 makes (or have I misread this)? Is this like the supposed gifting of the shares during the IPO? At what point does this sort of thing cross the line and become oppression of minority shareholders?

There's a fine line between "gifted" and "stole" in this case.

Like I said, I'm not sure management is on our side and I'm concerned 8003 can operate without strict oversite by the CDNX. I talked to a securities lawyer and the 8003 transaction should have required shareholder approval.

I'm increasingly frustrated at minimal financial disclosures without CFO commentary. Does anyone totally understand what activities TOM does (R&D? Where does the upstream dividend go? Any other assets?). Does TOM have any direct employees in Canada?

My thought is that the low P/E, volume and stock price reflects the risks associated with inadequate management disclosure.
