Insitu,
Paul Allen sold over 200 million shares during the last 5 years at prices from about 20 - 60 split adjusted. The only prospect it doesn't show is that the one prospect of Paul Allen participating in future gains on MSFT. Having said that MSFT is on its way to cross 80 today.

Jim--Great point. It looks like about 44 million shares sold since February and that isn't counting the current proposed sales.
This doesn't show great confidence in MSFT's prospects.
