I have two questions. How did the lawsuit against us originate? What really was the purpose?

It's my understanding from my own attorneys that a majority of lawsuits are begun as a way to intimidate and inconvenience an individual and/or group of individuals. I'm sure that your attorney probably told you at some point that there's a percentage of lawsuits that just don't make it any farther than the prelim., then there's a percentage that make it a step farther, and so on until you actually get one that goes to trial. That's why there's a growing number of legal professionals pushing for tort reform. It's desperately needed in my opinion.

As to why this action was taken against you and the others......... only the person who originated the suit can answer that......

Gary Dobry's unfounded and unsupported accusations regarding my intentions decreases the value of the threads.
He got this out of my post? <g> So confused...still.<s>

I was referring to RB where their daily war is ongoing and he made it clear he wants to continue the war instead of improving the communication. Only investors lose out...

In the meantime, we can get a good chuckle out of tonto's longing for SI to become a place to "communicate", where is Elgindy again? BWAAAHAAAAA!!
