Jordan - Paul Allen has not been a MSFT employee since 1984. His shares are founder's stock, not options. Just FYI.

Every single one of the super wealthy MSFT shareholders sells large blocks on a clockwork basis. They do so because (a) it's insane to have gigabucks and not be diversified and (b) selling randomly attracts SEC insider trading suspicion. They all sell regardless of MSFT's prospects and have done so throughout the big rise of the last 10 years.

Those believing this a sale criteria would have sold all their MSFT in the early 1990's for $3/share. It's meaningless as an indicator.

Wow, been a long time since we've seen a MSFT up, most others down day, eh?
