If April's actual was lowered by .05, does this mean May's expectations should have been lowered by the same amount (i.e. 1.30 to 1.34)? Frankly, looking at the minute (as in small) month to month deviations in these numbers seems similar to looking at the Grand Canyon with a microscope. Is Internet usage and bandwidth declining? Is wireless usage and bandwidth declining? Is technology proliferation in devices and businesses of all types declining? ...I don't think so.
