Herb lied or was given bad information without checking it. I'm beginning to suspect that Mark Martinez is more concerned with screwing around with the truth than doing decent research. The fact is that the 400 was for home use and said as much on the site well before they put the site of for maintenance - and it seems as if that happened to replace the FDA asterisk that had been removed onb the 500 - on that part Martinez/Herb was right. BUT, the funniest part about all of Herb's stories nowadays is that he is getting information directly from Raging Bull's BB - they are scanning that like mad - how hilarious. Herb no longer has to do any work - he gets Martinez to scan the boards, and then just reports what Martinez says he found. But here's the catch - Martinez lied about the website and the home use of the 400. Well-before they had the site up for maintenance, I directed Floyd to the site with a link and a pasted sample of the 400's description. Message 13908581 LATER that night - actually around 2am on the 20th, the site went down for maintenance. ragingbull.com However, I knew since January of this year (after the Atlanta demo) that the 400 was for home use as well as clinical use. So - it would appear that in order not too look bad, Martinez utterly lied to Herb about the site changes... and Herb then reported it. The facts are that the site ALWAYS read that the 400 was for home use, but Herb reported that the site was changed that night and the description of the 400 was changed to include "home use" on the 400... but as I have proven here with posts that are linked, it was apparent that Martinez lied to Herb and Herb reported Martinez's lie. Just look at the times and dates and you will see that I am correct about this. Martinez lies and Herb swears to it. Very poor performance... but what else can you expect from a shmuck like Herb? He doesn't even do his own research - and doesn't even check the research being done for him... he's a hack with no ethics as far as I'm concerned.
