Court will correctly interpret the 2nd as individual
An interesting interpretation will be "arms". I think it is clear that the court will not allow unrestricted access to nukes, They are also unlikely to allow unlicensed unrestricted access to full-automatic guns. So what will be the definition of arms which are inalienable? I think the current trend is to narrow that definition, perhaps eliminating handguns (without licensing similar to full-automatic). It all depends on the perception of violence and the proposed solutions.
TP (It may be that Heston's muzzle loader will be the only weapon allowed)
