Jim, I think you are beating a dead horse. If the revenue of RMBS is based on its patents, then discussion of patents in this RMBS forum is not only valid but REQUIRED. In all discussions you will find people who know a lot, some who know little and some who know nothing. Then there are the interpretations and misinterpretations. One can only arrive at, hopefully, the right conclusion by discussing and not by burying one's head in the sand.

Jim, May I remind you, these is an investment thread not a AMD propaganda organ Unfortunately, what starts one way seems to evolve into a forum for long-bashing and fud-spreading. As for information on RMBS as an investment, the fact that there is as much bashing and fud as there is, is itself quite valuable in assessing sentiment on the stock. It's been quite an accurate contrary indication for those who have wanted to time buying long term positions in RMBS. When they were the loudest and most frequent posters turns out to have been a pretty good time to buy RMBS - except, of course, for those few days above 400, back near the soon, I'd estimate, to be taken out old high. Barry
