My farm isn't really dove territory, they stick to the grain fields more than the corn and beans. There's lots of ducks and canadian geese as well as pheasant. There's about 5 acres of federally protected wetland smack dab in the middle, so what the govt. gives, it also takes away.

I don't know. You might kill an innocent rattlesnake, and that would be a serious hate crime, to kill a different specie than yourself. The DOJ may come looking for you.
