Thanks for the corrections. I kind of figured jurors wouldn't be involved in the securities case but I couldn't pass up the swipe. I understood the July date to be the end of the due diligence period if the loan commitment was firm in any way, so, yes, in effect that would be the back-out deadline. I doubt Canaccord will go through with it after seeing the books. In fact, I can't think of anyone who would loan serious money to someone who has just five weeks to live. (Enjoyed your analysis of the banner guy problem!)
