whether the merger with BMG is good for NEM.

It's bad for BMG holders for these two reasons.
1) NEM is presently over valued.
2) and NEM has much inefficiency within operations.

Wouldn't touch NEM with a 10 ft pole made from ABX GOLD

NEM needs to become more effecient. Merging is not the way unless it's to gain better management.
