Has Terayon's S CDMA ever been accepted by ETSI or the ITU? I don't think so. The 3 modes of CDMA have already been decided, making TERN's claims a moot point.

S-CDMA is for cable, it's not an air interface.

Not relevant to wireless applications. Cable, I believe.

disu: Since you have been very helpful to many of us here, we owe you the best we can do in the way of an answer.

Terayon's SCDMA is cable and wireline only. No way, no how, zilch is it wireless (or if so, not mobile).

Qualcomm has zero competition from TERN. They have different areas of operation.

Best.
