i really don't know how accurate that bv info is. i know about $10 (800 million,,,mostly from their secondary priced at 106 in the mania) is pure cash and the rest is goodwill of sandpiper. it adds somewhere close to that number. maybe someone can correct this. regardless, bv for isld is not very important. its technology is key and the demand for their service is essential. imo. good luck. today, they were holding isld. they were pretty succesful holding it in the negatives. soon they'll let it run to the 50s. jmho. good luck all.
