Just starting DD, but thought I would ask if there are some reasons NOT to buy.

Sure, valuation is always something to look at. But, if you believe in the company's fundamentals and have a long term outlook as I do, valuation is a non-issue over a multi-year period...

if you are buying ntap,I can't think of any reason not to buy.prcm is completely another story.Their numbers look lousy.

Wes, if you decide to buy, unless you are a trader, then your LTBH resolve will be tested with NTAP. This is a volatile stock and will be an increasingly visible target of FUD by its competitors. EMC, SUNW and others will be fighting the market's perceptions of NTAP which will in the shortterm rock the boat.

You by now see how well NTAP manages its numbers and performance expectations, almost identical to CSCO's style.

I expect momentum investors to cause the stock price to move rapidly in both directions.

I also expect NTAP to continue its near flawless execution and take its disruptive technology to new levels of effectiveness in this rapidly growing market.
