Jitec inc. and Canada Payphone Corp. (CPC) of Burnaby B.C, partly owned

"Adding terminals of Jitec Business Computing Advantage(TM) service is
a natural complementarity to what our network currently offers", says Bruce
Clark, President and CEO of Canada Payphone Corporation.
