NorAm Gaming Hires Joyce Research as Company's Public Relations Firm

TOLEDO, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 27, 2000--Mr. George Zilba, Chairman and CEO, announced today that it has retained the firm of Joyce Research Group, Inc. of Boca Raton, Florida as the company's Public Relations firm. NorAm is embarking on a major awareness campaign of the company and its future intentions to the brokerage community. Joyce Research Group has major experience with the Investment community representing small cap stocks and making them aware of exceptional growth opportunities.

Mr. Zilba stated that ``this represents the first of a number of initiatives to bring support and further the company's growth plans.'' NorAm is presently in major discussions with a number of companies in the Gaming Industry regarding possible acquisitions and joint ventures.

Due to the recent defeat of Congressional Legislation intended to prohibit Internet Gaming, NorAm intends to aggressively move online with Internet Gaming. Mr. Zilba also stated, ``We are currently in negotiations with a software development firm to acquire marketing rights for North America to their gaming applications.''
